3. User accounts

An account is required to publish an event or organiser, comment, rate, save content or contact an organiser. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out from your account.

4. User-generated content

You remain responsible for the content you publish and confirm you hold the necessary rights. By publishing, you grant Accept IT Sarl a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and distribute that content as part of the service.

  • Do not publish fictitious, misleading or fraudulent events.
  • Do not publish unlawful, defamatory, hateful or privacy-infringing content.
  • Do not use messaging or comments for spam or abusive solicitation.
  • Do not attempt unauthorised access to platform systems or data.

5. Moderation and removal

Any user can report a listing. Only administrators can delete content. Accept IT Sarl may remove content or suspend an account for breach of these terms, without notice in cases of serious abuse.

6. Accuracy of information

Event information (dates, times, venues, prices) is supplied by organisers or the community. Accept IT Sarl does not guarantee its accuracy or currency; please confirm details with the organiser before travelling.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. Accept IT Sarl is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform, service interruption, or the conduct of an organiser or other user.

8. Intellectual property

The agenda.cm name, design, platform copy and code belong to Accept IT Sarl. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited. Organiser logos and trademarks remain the property of their owners.

9. Personal data

Processing of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

10. Changes and governing law

These terms may change at any time; the online version prevails. They are governed by Cameroonian law, and disputes fall under the courts of Yaoundé failing an amicable settlement.
